Welcome to Palmetto Sunset Baits. By purchasing from our store or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. As a small, South Carolina-based business with handmade products, we appreciate your support and aim to be as fair and transparent as possible.

1. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout unless otherwise noted.
  • Payments are processed securely via Odoo's integrated system. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
  • If a payment issue arises, we may pause or cancel an order until it is resolved.

2. Handmade Products

  • All of our fishing baits are handmade by our small team. As such, small variations in color or detail may occur. This is part of what makes each bait unique.
  • We stand behind the quality of our work and encourage you to reach out with any concerns.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.
  • If an item arrives damaged or we made a mistake with your order, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right. You can view our full Refund Policy for details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 business days.
  • We are not liable for delays once the package is in the hands of the postal carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout.

5. Limitation of Liability

Palmetto Sunset Baits is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. By using our website or products, you agree not to hold us responsible for damages resulting from misuse or unforeseen issues beyond our control.

All terms and disputes are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of South Carolina.
